TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scholarship Navigator LLC
Effective date: October 13, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ScholarshipNavigator.com (the "Website") and your purchase and use of products or services offered by Scholarship Navigator LLC ("Scholarship Navigator," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Scholarship Navigator LLC is a Missouri limited liability company owned by Ryan Kelly Clark.

Please read these Terms before purchasing. If you make a purchase, you agree to the version of these Terms presented and accepted at checkout, together with any additional terms clearly disclosed for the product you select. The terms of an earlier purchase are not automatically replaced by a later revision.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent applicable to your use. By placing an order and affirmatively accepting the Terms at checkout, you enter into a purchase agreement with Scholarship Navigator LLC.

The person making a purchase must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally able to enter into the transaction. Our educational resources are designed for parents and students; a minor may use appropriate educational content with a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision and in accordance with the applicable course platform's rules. Children under 13 should not independently submit personal information through our Website or purchase products.

We may revise these Terms prospectively. The current version will display its effective date. Material changes to an existing contractual relationship will be addressed as required by applicable law; merely posting revised Terms does not automatically alter the conditions of an earlier purchase.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Website and our original course videos, written lessons, worksheets, guides, scholarship lists, templates, tools, branding, and other materials (collectively, "Company Content") are owned by Scholarship Navigator LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

When you obtain access to a product, you receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use that product for its intended educational purpose. A parent or guardian purchaser may use the purchased materials with their own student or students in the same household, provided access is not shared outside that household or used to operate a business or redistribute the product. Students retain ownership of their original essays, application answers, and other work.

You may download or print materials expressly made available for that purpose. You may not resell, upload, publish, share access credentials outside your household, distribute templates or lessons, train or create competing products from protected Company Content, or otherwise commercially exploit the materials without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights you have under applicable law.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing or contacting us, use the Website and products lawfully, and avoid misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity. If you submit information or work on behalf of a student, you represent that you have the appropriate permission to do so. You remain responsible for ensuring that scholarship applications are truthful and comply with each provider's eligibility rules and instructions.

4. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

Some products are delivered through a third-party course or membership platform, currently Kajabi. You may need to create or access an account using the email associated with your purchase. Keep your credentials confidential, promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use, and follow applicable platform rules. An account is for the purchaser's permitted household use, not resale or public sharing. We may assist with reasonable access problems, but customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use our Website or products to commit fraud, violate another person's rights, harvest personal data, distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, misrepresent your identity, redistribute protected course materials, or use purchased resources for unauthorized commercial resale or competing products.

We may take proportionate steps to investigate or address genuine misuse, including restricting access as described in Section 13. Nothing in these Terms prohibits honest customer reviews, lawful criticism, good-faith complaints, or the exercise of legal consumer rights.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

If you post a course comment, submit a question, or voluntarily provide other materials, you remain responsible for having permission to share that content and for respecting the privacy and rights of others. Do not post another student's confidential personal or application information in public areas. We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or inappropriate content in areas we control, while respecting applicable law.

7. LIMITED CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You retain ownership of the original content you submit. You grant us a limited, nonexclusive license to receive, store, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the product, facilitate the relevant course interaction, operate our services, respond to your request, and meet legal or security obligations.

Submitting student work, a support message, or feedback does not by itself grant us permission to publish a testimonial, use a student's identity or image in advertising, or sell the submission. We will seek appropriate separate permission before using identifiable student or family stories, photographs, or original work for promotion. Nothing here transfers a customer's intellectual property rights in an honest review.

8. FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

You may voluntarily offer suggestions or general feedback about our resources. We may consider and use general ideas to improve our business without an obligation to compensate the sender, but you retain ownership of any original protected expression you submit. Private scholarship applications, essays, course assignments, and support messages are handled for their stated purposes and according to our Privacy Policy; they do not become unrestricted Company property.

9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

Our Website and courses may link to scholarship providers, colleges, educational resources, video platforms, and other independently operated websites. Their content, eligibility standards, deadlines, award decisions, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers, not by Scholarship Navigator. Verify scholarship information directly with the issuing organization.

We also use third-party companies, including payment and course-delivery providers, to fulfill our own sales and deliver purchased products. Using SamCart, Kajabi, or another provider to process or deliver your Scholarship Navigator order does not relieve us of obligations we owe under the purchase agreement or applicable law. Separate purchases made directly from independent third parties are governed by those third parties' terms.

10. SITE MANAGEMENT

We may maintain, update, secure, and reasonably moderate the Website; correct technical problems; prevent fraud and misuse; and remove unlawful or infringing material. We will exercise these rights consistently with our contractual commitments and applicable law. We are not obligated to monitor every third-party link or user submission.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy and consent controls. Use of the Website does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional tracking or waive privacy choices or rights granted by applicable law.

If you believe content on our Website infringes rights you own or control, contact ryan@scholarshipnavigator.com with a description of the material, its location, your contact details, and the basis of your concern. We will review good-faith reports and respond as required by applicable law. Knowingly false or misleading infringement claims may have legal consequences.

13. TERM, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

These Terms apply while you use our Website or the relevant purchased product. We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized redistribution, serious security risks, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem.

We will not arbitrarily terminate legitimate paid access merely because a customer expresses dissatisfaction, submits an honest review, or exercises lawful rights. Any termination or remedy will remain subject to the access promises made at purchase and applicable law.

14. PROGRAM UPDATES, AVAILABILITY, AND LIFETIME ACCESS

We may update lessons, improve materials, replace technology providers, reorganize content, and conduct reasonable maintenance. Temporary interruptions may occur because of technical problems, internet services, or third-party platforms.

If an offer states "Lifetime Access," it means access for the operating lifetime of Scholarship Navigator LLC, not the purchaser's natural lifetime. Our intention is to maintain access to a purchased program while the business remains in operation. We may improve or replace the way the program is delivered without eliminating its essential purchased educational content.

If we must permanently discontinue a purchased program while the business is still operating, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and, where appropriate, comparable access or another remedy consistent with the promises made at purchase and applicable law. Nothing in this section permits us to disregard an express access commitment or a nonwaivable consumer right. Any offer promising a shorter, expressly stated access term is governed by that specific disclosed term.

15. GOVERNING LAW

Except where mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This provision does not take away rights that applicable law does not permit consumers to waive.

16. QUESTIONS, COMPLAINTS, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a concern arises about access, charges, product delivery, or these Terms, please contact ryan@scholarshipnavigator.com, describing the order and the issue. We will make a good-faith effort to investigate and respond. We encourage both parties to attempt informal resolution for up to 30 days after written notice before commencing formal proceedings, where practicable. This request does not suspend mandatory legal deadlines or restrict a customer's rights to contact a regulator, payment provider, or court.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the rights and remedies available under applicable law. The parties may agree after a dispute arises, in a separate written agreement, to use mediation or arbitration; these Terms do not require automatic binding arbitration. Any court proceeding will be filed in a court with lawful jurisdiction and venue, with Missouri as the preferred forum where legally permitted. Nothing here waives statutory rights, access to small-claims court where available, or legally protected payment-dispute procedures.

17. CORRECTIONS AND PRICING ERRORS

We may correct inaccurate descriptions, typographical errors, and pricing or technical mistakes. We will not make an undisclosed additional charge without the customer's authorization. If a material ordering error occurs, we may contact the customer to confirm the accurate terms or cancel the affected transaction and refund an improperly collected amount, subject to applicable law.

18. EDUCATIONAL AND WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

Our materials are educational resources about scholarship research, preparation, and applications. They are not promises of awards, professional legal or financial advice, or a substitute for each scholarship provider's official requirements. We work to maintain useful and accurate resources, but scholarship deadlines, availability, rules, and external services can change.

To the extent permitted by law, the Website and informational materials are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. This does not diminish any express product promises, the Show-Me-Your-Work Guarantee, or rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scholarship Navigator LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from Website use or purchased products, including speculative loss of scholarship opportunities or anticipated scholarship awards.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate monetary liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the greater of $700 or the amount paid for that order. This cap does not limit our obligation to honor an express refund guarantee, correct an unauthorized or erroneous charge, or provide any remedy that cannot legally be limited. These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including to liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable conduct.

20. INDEMNIFICATION FOR UNLAWFUL MISUSE

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs resulting from third-party claims caused by your unlawful conduct, infringement of another person's rights, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized commercial redistribution of our protected materials. This provision does not apply merely because you use the Website as intended, submit an honest review or complaint, or exercise a lawful consumer right. It is subject to applicable law and any limits on consumer indemnification provisions.

21. USER DATA

Personal information, support inquiries, and account data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and by the applicable service providers. We use reasonable measures appropriate to our services but cannot promise that every internet or third-party system will be free from outages or security incidents. Customers should keep their own copies of original application materials and essays. Nothing in these Terms removes rights relating to personal information, security incidents, or data loss that cannot lawfully be waived.

22. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSACTIONS

By placing an order or contacting us electronically, you agree that order confirmations, receipts, access instructions, and other transaction-related communications may be provided electronically, to the extent legally permitted. Checking the Terms agreement box at checkout constitutes electronic acceptance of the applicable purchase Terms. Marketing email subscriptions and cookie/advertising consent are governed by their separate choices and legal requirements; purchasing a product does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing communications.

23. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

California consumers may have additional rights under applicable consumer and privacy laws. The Privacy Policy explains relevant privacy rights and request methods. For assistance identifying California consumer-protection resources, the California Department of Consumer Affairs Consumer Information Center can be contacted at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N-112, Sacramento, CA 95834, telephone 800-952-5210. Mandatory California rights are not limited by these Terms.

24. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms, the applicable product/order details presented at purchase, and any expressly incorporated additional product terms form the agreement relevant to that transaction. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain effective to the extent legally permissible. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. Neither party creates a partnership or employment relationship through these Terms. Events beyond reasonable control may affect performance, subject to express purchase promises and applicable law. If product-specific checkout disclosures conflict with general Website language, the more specific authorized purchase terms govern for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

25. TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICIES

One-time purchases and pay-what-you-want pricing

Scholarship Navigator LLC sells digital educational programs and resources. Current purchases are one-time transactions, not installment plans or subscriptions, unless an individual offer expressly states otherwise. The Get Paid to Go to College program ("GPGC") may be offered on a pay-what-you-want basis, including a $0 contribution where the checkout permits it. The customer-selected amount and any applicable taxes or fees are shown in the order summary before submission. A $0 GPGC order contains no refundable monetary program payment.

Separate optional digital add-ons and upsells

Additional products, including scholarship lists, guides, tools, AI-assisted educational resources, or upgrades, may be offered at checkout or after the original order. They are optional, separate purchases and are not included in the GPGC contribution unless the order expressly says otherwise. Each additional charge requires the customer's affirmative acceptance of that specific offer. The offer must identify the product, total price, delivery and access terms, and applicable refund policy before authorization. Declining an add-on or upsell does not cancel the customer's prior accepted order. No additional purchase should be processed solely because the customer did not decline it.

Delivery and access

Digital materials are provided through the delivery method disclosed for the product, which may include Kajabi, another account portal, a download, or email. Use the email address provided at checkout for account setup and access. If a purchased resource has not arrived or access is materially unavailable, contact ryan@scholarshipnavigator.com with the order email and product details so that we can investigate and provide the product or an appropriate remedy. The scope of instructional support is limited to what the purchased offer expressly includes; buying a self-paced digital product does not automatically include unlimited individual coaching or essay editing.

30-Day Show-Me-Your-Work Money-Back Guarantee — GPGC only

We stand behind the strategies and resources taught inside Get Paid to Go to College, and we want families to give them a genuine try.

Winning scholarships takes effort, consistency, and patience. Scholarship providers often take several months to announce recipients, so immediate scholarship winnings should not be expected.

If you complete GPGC, put what you've learned into practice, and are still dissatisfied, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for GPGC within 30 calendar days of your original GPGC purchase, provided that you meet all the following conditions:

  1. Complete the GPGC course training.
  2. Use the provided Scholarship Tracker and Super App to research scholarships and prepare your applications, and retain meaningful completed work in these materials.
  3. Submit at least five genuine scholarship applications within the first 30 calendar days after purchasing GPGC. Applications must be submitted in good faith to real scholarship providers and follow the applicable eligibility requirements and instructions.
  4. Email ryan@scholarshipnavigator.com within 30 calendar days of the original GPGC purchase, requesting a refund and providing your Scholarship Tracker, relevant completed Super App materials, and reasonable evidence that the five applications were actually submitted (such as confirmations or screenshots). You may redact sensitive student information if the remaining documentation reasonably demonstrates the required work and submissions.

If you satisfy these conditions, we will refund 100% of the amount paid specifically for GPGC, generally to the original payment method. Scholarship winnings are not required to qualify, and lack of a scholarship award within 30 days is not itself a basis for a refund without meeting the stated guarantee conditions. A $0 GPGC purchase has no monetary amount to refund.

The guarantee applies only to GPGC, not to separate digital add-ons, upsells, upgrades, or other purchases. It supplements and does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Separate digital products — nonrefundable after delivery

Except where applicable law requires otherwise or a specific offer expressly provides a different policy, separately purchased digital add-ons, scholarship lists, guides, downloadable materials, AI tools, and other digital upgrades are nonrefundable once the purchased content has been delivered or digital access has been provided. This policy must be clearly disclosed with each optional offer before acceptance. If an order contains both GPGC and an add-on, any eligible GPGC guarantee refund applies only to the amount paid for GPGC; the add-on's own refund policy remains separate.

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, charged without authorizing an optional purchase, or did not receive the purchased product, please contact us so we can investigate, deliver what was promised, correct the charge, or provide another appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable consumer or payment-dispute rights.

Billing, taxes, and payment questions

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the disclosed one-time amount. Applicable taxes or other mandatory charges will be disclosed before final authorization as required by law. If you have a billing concern, please email ryan@scholarshipnavigator.com with the order email and details. We will reasonably investigate documented errors or duplicate charges. We encourage customers to contact us before escalating a dispute, but do not require them to waive chargeback, regulator, or other rights.

26. SCHOLARSHIP RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Scholarship Navigator teaches scholarship research, application preparation, essay strategies, and related educational skills. We do not award scholarships, decide recipients, guarantee admission, or guarantee that any student will win a particular award or dollar amount.

Results depend on factors including student eligibility, academic and personal background, available awards, the quality and truthfulness of applications, consistent effort, competition, scholarship-provider decisions, and the time required for selections. A student may submit many suitable applications without receiving an immediate award, and announcements can take months. Families must verify all opportunities and requirements directly with the issuing provider.

These statements do not cancel any specific commitments in the purchase agreement or the 30-Day Show-Me-Your-Work Money-Back Guarantee.

27. TESTIMONIALS AND STUDENT SUCCESS STORIES

We may share experiences and scholarship outcomes reported by actual students and families with appropriate permission. The experiences are individual and results differ. The use of a testimonial does not guarantee that another person will receive the same amount or result. Any material incentives or relationships affecting an endorsement will be disclosed where required.

Scholarship Navigator is responsible for presenting truthful, appropriately supported testimonials and for providing meaningful context where necessary; a general statement that "results vary" does not replace disclosures required by law. Customers remain free to provide honest feedback, including negative reviews.
